Who doesn’t want to be healthy, right? I mean, isn’t that the goal for most of us anyway? We take vitamins, we work out, we try to eat healthy for weight control and weight loss, put crazy shit on our face to prevent aging, and a million other things. But who knows if they are actually working, right? It’s hard to track and measure any of the things we really do on a day to day basis.
Recently though, I partnered with Home DNA for a second time, to learn some fun new stuff about my personal health & weight. I have a post from a while ago, that shows the state of my skin, and how to take care of it. This time though, we get a bit more personal with weight gain & health.
Personally, I love to work out, and have tried to maintain a healthy lifestyle for about as long as I can remember. I have been in the Army since I was 18 years old, so physical fitness has always been something that is important to me and my job. However, I have noticed that when I train, cardio never does much for me in terms of weight control. And after taking this test, I learned that my body does not respond well to cardio alone. My body personally needs weight training in order to see physical results!
